Admin Assistant Apprentice Vacancy for our West Kirby Office

We are currently looking for an efficient and professional Admin Assistant for our West Kirby Office. 


Reporting to: Reception
Staff Responsibilities: None
Purpose of Job: Assisting in the efficient and professional operation of relevant department
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Routine administrative tasks
  • Sorting, scanning and filing post on a daily basis
  • Data entry onto IT system
  • storage and retrieval of files and other records
  • organisation & logging and delivery of internal and external (Royal Mail, DX & Deliveries) post
  • distribution of faxes and messages
  • Reception Duties
  • Answering telephone calls taking accurate details from callers over the phone.
  • Secretarial support for the departments, to include audio typing
  • Prioritising and organising the accurate relay of incoming information
  • Resolving problems and queries as they arise – referring to supervisor as appropriate
  • Maintaining confidentiality, presentation and professionalism in reception area and departments at all times
  • Compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as documented in Gregory Abrams Davidson Office Manual
  • Promote the vision and objectives of the Practice
  • Create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships
  • To undertake any relevant training and/or professional development as recommended by Supervisors
  • Any other tasks as reasonably requested by Supervisor
