Legal Advice for Small Businesses, Start-ups & Ecommerce Businesses

At Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors, we pride ourselves on both our legal expertise and our down-to-earth, friendly, practical and helpful approach to our clients’ affairs.

Whilst a focus on the “bottom line” in any business is important – without which there will quickly be no business(!) – without our clients, there is no business at all.

Therefore, client satisfaction and clients returning, choosing to use us again and again, is what we constantly strive for.

Our Business Law practice is divided into four broad areas:

  1. Corporate Transactions (Mergers, Acquisitions, Investments and Disposals of Shares and Assets),
  2. Company / Commercial Law and Contracts (Including Intellectual Property, Licensing and Media Law),
  3. Commercial Disputes (Business and Property disputes), and
  4. Commercial Real Estate (Leases, Investments and Sales).

We work with clients of all sizes; from multi-national financial institutions and PLCs down to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Start-Ups (sometimes the latter involves nothing more than an idea that we help turn into a commercial reality).

Our Focus on SMEs, Start-Ups & Ecommerce Businesses

With our smaller sized clients in mind, we have designed a range of products which, when combined with our expert legal services, will help and potentially add value to our client offering and our clients’ businesses.

Put simply, we now offer a range of fixed fee legal contracts for businesses, all prepared with diligence and care by qualified solicitors.

These are not simply downloadable legal templates, they are professionally prepared and finished products.

After a period of consultation among our team and with our clients, we are offering our “value-based, fixed fee” legal products and the accompanying services at prices which work for clients – they are not tied to hourly charge-out rates.

All of the listed contracts come with a guarantee of client satisfaction; That after the initial document preparation, you will review the draft and we will then finalise, tying up any loose ends in line with your final instructions.

Complete Price Transparency – Business Law Services

How does our Fixed Fee Business Legal Service work?

There are Eight Simple Steps:

  1. You – Choose your fixed fee product.
  2. You – Provide full details (we will tell you what we need from you in terms of information and client identification).
  3. We – Open a file.
  4. You – Agree to the client engagement and our standard terms of business.
  5. We – Prepare the contract.
  6. You – Approve or Amend.
  7. We – Finalise.
  8. You – Use the finished article in your business.

Unless we agree anything in addition to the Fixed Fee Contracts, or unless there are any expenses paid by our firm on your behalf, you will be charged the fee that you see, plus VAT.

We look forward to working with you.
