Ensure your terms of business are specific to your business and watertight! Simply using generic terms found on the internet will place your business in a vulnerable position as they are unlikely to stand up under scrutiny.
When you are dealing with client or another business, ensure they are aware of your terms and that yours take priority over theirs. There are also terms that will be implied by law, including consumer regulations, particularly when providing goods or services, so make sure you are familiar with them.
